Who We Are
Optimal Hospitality Solutions (OHS) is a family owned and operated business. Collectively, they have over 100 years of experience. It started with small motels with each member of their family having a role within the business. They learned the business with hands on approach, that puts all people first.
There isn’t a task or position they haven’t completed. In 2017, OHS was approved to develop and manage their first Marriott branded hotel in Niceville, Florida. Today, OHS has IHG, Hilton, & Marriott hotel brands and continues to add hotels to its growing portfolio throughout the Florida panhandle.
OHS prides itself on developing quality hotels with leadership that continues to win awards.
